Christina L. Mial grew up in Apex, NC and like many people, her journey included chapters she never planned for. She walked through domestic violence. She walked through addiction. She walked through seasons that had every reason to take her out permanently.
But they didn't. And that is the whole story.
Not just that she survived but that she turned every scar into a sermon, every wound into a workbook, and every broken season into a bridge for someone else to walk across. She does not speak about healing from a distance. She lives it out loud, on purpose, so that others can see themselves in her story and dare to believe their own redemption is possible.
Today Coach Chris is an ordained pastor, an award-winning certified master life coach, a multi-published author, a sought-after faith-based speaker, and the founder of four businesses. She is also the creator of Daughters of Destiny, an annual women's conference now in its eighth year, that has touched hundreds of women across North Carolina and beyond.
She speaks from experience, never theory. She coaches from the trenches, never the sidelines. And everything she does is rooted in one simple truth: God gave her another chance. So she gives everything she has to make sure that chance counts.
