All vendor spaces must be paid in full no later than January 22, 2027. No exceptions. Vendors who have not completed payment by this date will forfeit their space, and any payments made will not be refunded.

All payments are non-refundable. Vendor payments may be transferred to another approved vendor with written notice and approval from the event host.

Vendor spaces are not secured until a deposit or full payment has been received. No spaces will be held without payment.

All sales are final as of January 22, 2027. This applies to all vendor payments, regardless of circumstances.

Vendors are responsible for reading and understanding all policies outlined in this agreement. Failure to review this information does not exempt vendors from compliance.

Each vendor will be provided with one table and tablecloth. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, materials, and any additional needs beyond what is provided.

• Access to the full conference experience
• Opportunity to sell and promote products/services
• Exposure to a purpose-driven, engaged audience

Vendors are expected to be present and fully set up for the duration of the event. Failure to attend does not warrant a refund or credit.

Daughters of Destiny is a faith-centered, purpose-driven event. All vendors and products must align with the atmosphere and values of the experience. The event host reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not align with the integrity of the event, without refund.

The event host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors are responsible for securing their own belongings and handling their own transactions.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you agree to all terms outlined above and understand that these policies are strictly enforced to maintain the quality and integrity of the event.
